Dashi powder is an essential umami seasoning in Japanese cuisine. Mixed with water, you create a broth that can give even the most boring dishes a fantastic flavor experience. Hon-dashi is also used to pickle kimchi.
Usage: Dissolve in hot water. Use 6 g for at least 250 ml of soup.
