Terms

General

The following delivery terms apply to all offers, sales orders and deliveries from Den Kinesiske Købmand. The terms apply in cases where no other written agreement has been made between you as the buyer and Den Kinesiske Købmand.

Orders

In this store you can order your goods online. You can pay by card (Dankort/VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB) as well as with MobilePay and ViaBill. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is ready for dispatch. Or via bank transfer, so that you can deposit directly to Den Kinesiske Købmand's account f.eks. through e-banking. The system encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized parties cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

All orders placed through https://www.denkinesiskekoebmand.dk/en/ are, however, subject to the same rules as if payment is made online (see Complaints > Right of withdrawal under Terms of Sale).

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping
All items are shipped from Denmark. 

Delivery
The order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is received, provided all items are in stock. However, during holidays and busy periods there may be longer delivery times. We do not dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays. If your goods, contrary to expectations, have not arrived within 5 working days after placing the order, we ask you to contact Den Kinesiske Købmand either through our Contact form or by sending an e-mail to: webshop@denkinesiskekoebmand.dk. Please include your order number when contacting us about delayed or missing delivery.


If the package is returned to us due to an address error or because the recipient does not collect the package, GLS will charge return postage corresponding to the weight. The delivery time for private customers will only be considered effective from the moment the item is in the buyer's possession in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.

If you enter your delivery address incorrectly so that the package is redirected to another address by the shipping company, you will be charged a redirection fee of DKK 60.00. This fee can be paid into our merchant account: Danske Bank 3409-1282 8888 or MobilePay at number: 31840 Den Kinesiske Købmand.

Pickup at the shop
If you have chosen to pick up your order in the shop, it must be collected no later than 3 days after you have received notice that the package is ready for collection. If the order is not collected within 3 days thereafter, it will be canceled.

Prices

All orders are sent as parcel post with GLS with or without home delivery. Shipping prices are calculated automatically by weight; you only need to choose (with or without) home delivery.

Free delivery to parcel shop (max. 20kg) with Postnord and GLS for purchases over DKK 499.
Free delivery to home address for frozen goods with Gordon Delivery for orders over DKK 800.
