Recalls

Here you can see all current recalls of products in our range. Recalls are initiated by the manufacturers and passed on to suppliers and any subcontractors, who then pass the information on to all end consumers. All recalls we receive are processed and communicated further within the same working day that we receive them. If you have questions about the recalls you are always welcome to contact us at info@denkinesiskekoebmand.dk.

We always recommend that our customers, in the event of a recall:

1. Check whether the item you bought has the same LOT no./Batch no./expiry date as the recalled item. It is not necessarily all units of the item that are recalled, but perhaps only a single production batch.

2. Dispose of the item immediately, or return it to the store.

We of course always offer a refund for the product upon presentation of receipt and product packaging, regardless of whether you have used parts of the product or not. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund without receipt and packaging, as there are often multiple suppliers in Denmark of the same product.
