Vindaloo is a strong curry blend and also the name of a popular South Indian curry dish that is most often made with lamb or pork.
Serving suggestion:
Fry onions and add 1 large tbsp. of vindaloo curry paste, which contains a unique blend of Indian spices. Add 250g of meat or vegetables and chopped tomatoes for an authentic vindaloo curry.
