Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce is the perfect quick solution for preparing authentic Japanese fried noodles (yakisoba).

This sauce combines sweetness, umami and a lightly spicy element, giving your wok dishes a complex and full-bodied flavor.

Yakisoba sauce has a rich and tangy flavor similar to Worcestershire sauce, and Otafuku’s yakisoba sauce combines umami flavors from soy sauce, tomato, onion, carrot and garlic with fruity sweetness from dates and apples.

The versatile sauce is perfect for yakisoba, but can also be used in fried rice, udon or as a flavor enhancer in other Asian dishes.
