Chunsi Soba Buckwheat Noodles are an authentic Japanese noodle variety that combine 84% wheat flour and 15% buckwheat flour, giving them a light nutty flavor and a firm texture. These noodles are versatile and can be used in both cold and hot dishes – for example as zaru soba with a soy-based dipping sauce or in hot soups such as kake soba. They are also suitable for stir-fries.
Preparation:
Cook the noodles in plenty of water for 3-4 minutes, then rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking and remove excess starch.
