Preparation:
Appliances vary; these are only guidelines. Remove the outer packaging before cooking.
Steaming: Cook from frozen for better flavor, or thaw at room temperature for 2 hours, then add about 1/3 of the water to the steamer. When the water boils, place the buns on the steamer. Use medium heat and steam for 13–15 minutes, ready to eat!
Microwave: Cook from frozen for better flavor, or thaw at room temperature for 2 hours, then place 2 buns in a microwave-safe container, cover with a suitable lid, medium power for about 2 minutes and 40 seconds, ready to serve. (Microwave power or the number of buns may alter the heating time).
