Preparation instructions: Soak the mushrooms in water for about 60 minutes, drain off and discard the soaking water. Wash and clean the mushrooms under fresh, running water.
When they are raw, avoid contact with other foods (be sure to observe this to avoid health risks).
Boil in fresh water for at least 10 minutes. Drain the water, season to taste and f.eks. stir-fry in a wok with onions and soy sauce.
Not suitable for raw consumption.
