After opening, it is recommended to store in an airtight container to preserve freshness.
Preparation (12 servings):
Ingredients: 900g of protein of your choice (beef, chicken, lamb, or shrimp), 900g onions, 250g carrots, 300g potatoes, 2 tbsp oil, 1200 ml water, 1 box Golden Curry Medium Hot (adjust amount according to desired spiciness).
1. Cut all ingredients into even-sized pieces
2. Sauté the ingredients in a pan or pot with 2 tbsp oil
3. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the protein is tender, about 15 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and break the curry blocks from the package into smaller pieces into the pot/pan. Stir until the curry blocks are completely melted. Let simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring.
5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
(For cooking with half the package (6 servings): Use half the amount of ingredients with 660 ml water).
