Hon Tsuyu – 300 ml Kikkoman

Kikkoman Hon Tsuyu is a tasty, concentrated soy sauce that is perfect for adding an umami-rich flavor to your Japanese dishes. This sauce is made with a balanced combination of soy sauce, dashi (soup stock), mirin and sugar, giving it a full-bodied and complex taste. Hon Tsuyu is often used as a base for ramen, udon and soba soup, but can also be used as a dip for tempura, sushi or as a marinade for meat and vegetables. To prepare a soup base, simply dilute the sauce with hot water in a 1:3 ratio or adjust to taste. This versatile sauce adds depth and richness to both hot and cold dishes.
