Tom yum or tom yam is a popular Thai soup with a strong and sour flavor, and with plenty of aroma from herbs and spices. In under 5 minutes you can get a delicious instant version with shrimp.
Preparation:
Pour the contents of the spice packet and the freeze-dried vegetables on top of the noodles and add 200 ml boiling water to the bowl. Let stand 3 minutes under the lid before serving.
