Sempio Wheat noodles with green tea are thin & square noodles made from wheat flour and green tea powder from Korean Jeju Island.
These noodles are hand-kneaded, matured for 16 hours and dried to ensure a pleasantly chewy texture and a noodle that does not easily become too soft and mushy.

Preparation:
Put the noodles into boiling water and cook for 3-4 min. Rinse the cooked noodles thoroughly in a sieve under cold running water and drain.
