Usage:
✔ Brew with a Vietnamese phin filter.
✔ Serve with condensed milk for a classic Vietnamese iced coffee (cà phê sữa đá).
✔ Enjoy it as a strong black coffee or over ice.
Preparation instructions for Vietnamese coffee filter:
1. Add 3tbsp (approx. 20g) Gourmet Blend Coffee into the filter. Gently shake and lock the coffee press in place.
2. Pour 20 ml boiling water (96°C-100°C) into the filter. Wait until the coffee has fully absorbed the water. Add another 45 ml of boiling water to the filter.
3. Put the lid on. Wait 5-7 minutes for the coffee to drip through. Note that the coffee should drip slowly to capture the pure coffee essence. You can add sugar or condensed milk to taste.
