Megachef Premium Fish Sauce is made according to a traditional recipe with fresh anchovies and sea salt of the finest quality. The natural fermentation for 2 years contributes to its rich salty, rounded, clean flavor that enhances any dish it seasons. Excellent for, among other things, stir-fry, marinating, curry dishes or sauces.
Megachef Premium Fish Sauce is gluten-free and free from preservatives and contains no MSG or artificial colors.
Fish sauce is an essential liquid seasoning in Southeast Asia and has a strong fishy smell. Do not be alarmed, however, as it evaporates in hot dishes and leaves only its aromatic salty umami flavor. Fish sauce can be used instead of salt in Thai cuisine.
For a dressing: Mix 10 parts water with 1 part fish sauce, sugar, lime and chili. The mixture should taste sour, sweet, salty and spicy.
