Cornstarch noodles (Golden Bihon) are thin, translucent noodles made from cornstarch, which gives them a light and pleasant texture. These noodles are perfect for traditional Filipino dishes such as Pancit Bihon, but also work well in soups, stir-fries, and salads. Their mild flavor makes them versatile, allowing them to easily absorb the flavors of the ingredients they are cooked with.
