The noodles are ideal for soups, such as fried noodles or simply as a side - just combine with fresh ingredients as desired.

Preparation:
Fried noodles: Boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 4 minutes. Drain the boiling water and let the noodles cool briefly in cold water. Drain the water and fry the noodles for about 3 minutes.
Noodle soup: Boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 6 minutes.
