Preparation:
Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Then pour them into a colander, rinse them with cold water, and let them drain.
For soup: Cook the noodles for 1-2 minutes, drain them well, and add them to your chosen soup.
For deep-frying: Deep-fry the noodles in oil at 170 degrees until they are golden and crispy. Arrange on a platter, pour sauce over, and serve immediately.
