BioAsia Organic Ramen Noodles are a versatile and organic noodle variety, perfect for both soups and stir-fry dishes. Made from wheat flour, water, salt and turmeric, they provide an authentic flavor and firm texture. They are ideal for classic ramen soups, where they are boiled for about 5 minutes, or for wok dishes, where they can be parboiled or softened in a hot water bath before use.
Preparation:
For stir-frying: Boil the noodles for about 4 minutes, or let them soften for about 10 minutes in a warm water bath. Then rinse under cold water and let them drain. The noodles are now ready to be fried.
For soup: Cook the noodles for about 5 minutes. Then drain the water and add the noodles to a soup of your choice.
