There is nothing a bowl of ramen can't make better! Ramen is a traditional noodle soup dish in Japan and can be topped with anything your heart desires. Try f.eks. a Spicy Shoyu Ramen with Char Siu roast, fish cake, bamboo shoots, spring onions, Nori seaweed and a soft-boiled egg.
Preparation
Cook the noodles in rapidly boiling water for 4 minutes (salt or oil not necessary). Drain and rinse well with cold water. Tip: When reheating, briefly place the noodles in boiling water.
