Preparation (12 servings)
Ingredients: 900g choice of protein (beef, chicken, lamb or shrimp), 900g onions, 250g carrot, 300g potatoes, 2 tbsp oil, 1200 ml water, 1 box Golden Curry Extra Hot (adjust the amount according to desired strength).
1. Cut all ingredients into equal-sized pieces
2. Sauté the ingredients in a pan or pot with 2 tbsp oil
3. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and let simmer until the protein is tender, about 15 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and break the packet's curry blocks into smaller pieces in the pot/pan. Stir until the curry blocks have completely melted. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring.
5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
(For cooking with half the package (6 servings): Use half the amount of ingredients with 660 ml water).
