Preparation:
1. Dissolve the contents of the packet in 120 ml of water.
2. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Serve immediately, or use the sauce in your favorite dish.
Chicken in Sweet-and-Sour Sauce:
- Can also be made with tofu, fish, shrimp or other meats.
1. Start by cutting 300 g of chicken into suitable sizes, mix it with 1 tbsp soy sauce.
2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan, add the 300 g of cut chicken and cook until done.
3. Add 1 onion, 1/2 carrot and 1 bell pepper, fry until tender.
4. Dissolve the contents of this packet with 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water and pour everything into the pan. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Add 100 g drained pineapple pieces.
5. Stir-fry over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
