Megachef Premium Fish Sauce is made according to a traditional recipe with fresh anchovies and sea salt of the finest quality. The natural two-year fermentation contributes to its rich, salty, rounded, clean taste that enhances any dish it seasons. Excellent for, among other things, stir-fry, marinating, curry dishes or sauces.
Megachef Premium Fish Sauce is gluten-free and free of preservatives and contains no MSG or artificial colors.
Fish sauce is an essential liquid seasoning in Southeast Asia and has a strong smell of fish. However, don't be put off, as it evaporates in hot dishes and only leaves its aromatic salty umami flavor. Fish sauce can be used instead of salt in Thai cuisine.
For a dressing: Mix 10 parts water with 1 part fish sauce, sugar, lime and chili. The mixture should taste sour, sweet, salty and spicy.
