

Bulgogi is a Korean dish consisting of thinly sliced meat grilled and served with rice and vegetables. The marinade is particularly characterized by the combination of soy sauce, soybean oil, onion, garlic, sugar and rice vinegar.
Cooking tip: Marinate 450 g of meat with 90 g Bulgogi Marinade. Marinate for over 30 minutes. For the best flavor, marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Ideal for beef. Also suitable for other meats, including chicken, pork, turkey, sausage and lamb.
