Bulgogi is a Korean dish consisting of thinly sliced meat grilled and served with rice and vegetables. The marinade is particularly characterized by the combination of soy sauce, soybean oil, onion, garlic, sugar and rice vinegar.
Cooking tip: Marinate 450g of meat with 90g Bulgogi Marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. For the best flavor, marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Ideal for beef. Also suitable for all other meats, including chicken, pork, turkey, sausage and lamb.
