Vegetarian gyoza with vegetables from Ajinomoto are delicious dumplings filled with a flavorful blend of fresh vegetables. They have a crispy, golden bottom and a juicy, tasty filling. They are perfect as a snack, starter, or main course. The gyoza are easy to prepare – fry, steam or boil them for an authentic gyoza experience at home. A tasty and convenient vegetarian solution for any occasion.
Preparation:
Pan-frying - Add 1 tbsp oil to a frying pan and heat. Add frozen gyoza and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour 1 cup water (approx. 60 ml) into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes with the lid on. Remove the lid and cook again for 1 minute until the water has evaporated. Then continue frying until the bottom is golden and crispy.
Deep-fry - Fry at 170C–180C for about 3 minutes.
Boil - Boil for about 3 min 30 sec in simmering water.
Steam - Steam at 100C for about 5 minutes.
