Gyoza med Oksekød 600g – Ajinomoto are Japanese dumplings filled with juicy beef and spices, wrapped in a thin dough that gets a crispy bottom when fried. Preparation:
Pan-frying - Add 1 tbsp oil to a frying pan and heat. Add frozen gyoza and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour 1 cup of water (approx. 60 ml) into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes with the lid on. Remove the lid and cook again for 1 minute until the water has evaporated. Then continue frying until the bottom is golden and crispy.
Deep-fry - Fry at 170°C–180°C for about 3 minutes.
Boil - Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds in simmering water.
Steam - Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.
