Karaage is a popular Japanese fried chicken that is often enjoyed as an izakaya (Japanese pub) snack. An original karaage recipe with a mix of soy sauce, ginger and spices, deep-fried in a crunchy and appetizing coating. Crispy and delicious on the outside, juicy and spiced on the inside.

Preparation:

Microwave 1.5 min at 750W. Oven: 15 min at 180°C. Deep fryer: 3 min at 180°C.
