Rice flour – 400 g Cock Brand

For savory pancakes:
Mix 300 g rice flour, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 dL coconut milk, 6.5 dL water and 1 tbsp fish sauce in a bowl. Whisk together into a batter and let rest for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and cook the pancakes 2–3 minutes on each side.
