The tea can be served in various blends to suit your preference. Make the famous Cha Yen (Thai Milk Tea) or Cha Dam Yen (Thai Sweet Black Tea). It can be enjoyed both hot or cold.
It can also be added to other types of beverages and delicious menu items such as bubble tea, baked goods and ice cream, etc.
Preparation
Cha Yen (Thai Milk Tea): mix 2 tsp Thai Tea Mix into boiling water and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes, strain out the leaves, and add condensed milk and sugar. Often served cold with ice cubes, but can also be enjoyed hot.
Cha Dam Yen (Thai Sweet Black Tea): mix 2 tsp Thai Tea Mix into boiling water and let steep for at least 2 minutes, strain out the leaves, add sugar to taste, and let cool. Serve in a glass with ice cubes. Tip: add lemon slices for an extra refreshing tea.
