Fine junmai sake, which has not had distilled alcohol added during the fermentation process. It is light and aromatic with a mild bitterness. It has a light nutty rice aroma and a dry, spicy finish. Good for first-time drinkers and the perfect size for a meal.
This sake can be enjoyed chilled at 7-9℃ or warmed to 38-40℃.
