Japanese Choya sake from the Nara region with a smooth, dry flavor, best enjoyed with teppanyaki, sukiyaki and teriyaki. Also suitable for sushi and sashimi.
Serve warm: approx. 40°C (warm sake in a boiling water bath for approx. 5 minutes.)
