With its fine composition, it makes it easy to achieve classic Japanese tempura, and it is ideal for both beginners and experienced cooks who want to recreate crispy perfection at home.

Preparation:

  1. Cut fish, vegetables, or seafood into appropriate pieces.

  2. Stir Tempura Flour with cold water into a thick batter.

  3. Heat oil to about 170-180°C.

  4. Dip the ingredients into the batter.

  5. Fry in oil until they are lightly golden and crispy (2-4 minutes).

  6. Remove excess oil with paper towels.

  7. Serve with soy sauce or a dipping sauce.
