Prepare your favorite shrimp and vegetable tempura, chicken karaage and other fried dishes in no time.
Also try making your own Tenkasu - the small crispy tempura flakes that bl.a. are used for Okonmiyaki and Takoyaki.
Usage:
- Add 150 ml cold water to 100 g Tempura Flour, and stir well.
- Heat the oil to 170-180°C.
- Dip your preferred ingredients into the batter, remove any excess, and add them to the frying oil.
- When the batter stops bubbling, remove the food.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
