Preparation instructions:
Mix 750 ml water and 500 g rice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and then let simmer covered for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove the pot from the heat and let it rest covered for 10 minutes before serving.
For sushi rice: In the finished rice, mix rice vinegar, sugar and a little salt. Or use a ready-made sushi mix, pour 3-4 tablespoons over the rice and gently stir it together.
