- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp cardamom pods
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp grated nutmeg
