Yakisoba is a classic Japanese stir-fry with a sweet and flavorful sauce. Yakisoba uses long, thin Chinese-style noodles instead of 'soba (buckwheat)' noodles. These organic Yakisoba noodles from Hakubaku contain mineral salt and have a pleasant texture.
Preparation
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes (salt or oil are not necessary). Drain and rinse well with cold water, then drain again.
