Neoguri is Nongshim's brand exclusively for clean, deep soups and al dente noodles characterized by pieces of Korean seaweed. This type of noodle is an "udon"-like ramyun. Bl.a. known from the dish Chapaguri (a mix of Chapaghetti and Neoguri ramyun) as seen in the film Parasite.
Preparation
Bring water to a boil in a pot according to the amount of soup you want. Add the included seasoning packets and put the noodles in. Cook for 5 min. while stirring, and don't wait too long to eat them, as the noodles expand.
