Preparation suggestion: (5 servings):
Ingredients: Beef 450g (or chicken, lamb, shrimp, tofu), onions 350g, carrots 100g, potatoes 150g. - All ingredients are cut to the desired size.
Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp, Water: 540 ml., S&B Golden Curry: 1 box (adjust the amount according to desired strength).
1. Fry the meat and vegetables in oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, put on a lid, and let it simmer until the ingredients are tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, break S&B Golden Curry into pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until the sauce mix is completely melted. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
