Tikka Curry Paste – Rajah (300g)

Preparation suggestions: Mix 1 tbsp (20 g) Tikka curry paste with 40 g plain yogurt to make an authentic tikka marinade, enough for 250 g of meat or vegetables.
For Tikka Chicken Skewers: Marinate 750 g diced chicken in 3 tbsp Tikka curry paste, 2 tbsp chickpea flour, 2 tbsp oil, 150 ml plain yogurt, and salt. Let rest in the fridge for 4 hours. Thread the pieces onto skewers and bake in the oven for 15-20 min. Baste with the juices and serve when cooked through.
