This delicious hot pot soup seasoning is packed with the flavor of porcini and shiitake mushrooms.
Can be used for hot pot, stew and soup.
Preparation
For Hot Pot:
1. Pour the product into 1L of water in a pot.
2. When the water begins to boil, add ingredients such as f.eks. enoki mushrooms, pak choi and carrots.
For tofu and mushroom soup:
1. Slice the mushrooms and cut the (soft) tofu into cubes.
2. Bring 1L of water to a boil and add all the ingredients.
3. Cook for 3 minutes and serve.
