Cooking tip:
Cook 100g sweet potato glass noodles according to the package instructions. Stir-fry or boil about 100g of vegetables of your choice in a pan to taste. Add the noodles and 40-50g of the sauce to the vegetables and mix well. Then you have a quick and easy japchae dish.
