A delicious Teriyaki Sauce from Nippon Shokken. Teriyaki is a Japanese term referring to a particular preparation of beef and chicken, respectively, marinated in a mix of soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, ginger and spices before being grilled, boiled or fried. Teriyaki sauce has a strong flavor and is both sweeter and thicker than yakitori sauce. It is suitable for glazing all kinds of meat and fish.
Usage:
When frying and grilling, apply the sauce a few minutes before the meat or fish is done.
