Preparation
1. Boiling: Boil water in a large pot, add the dumplings and cook them for about 3 min. Can be served with f.eks. a chili sauce. Tip: You can also cook dumplings in a soup.
2. Microwave: Place the dumplings on a plate with about 2 tsp of water, cover the plate and heat them on the highest setting for 3 min. See the microwave manual for further information.
3. Steaming: Add water to the steamer, put the dumplings in and steam them in the closed steamer for about 5–6 min. If necessary, you can find more information in the steamer's manual.
4. Pan-frying: Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan, heat/fry the dumplings over medium heat for about 2 min. Then add 3 tablespoons of water and place a lid on the pan, after which your dumplings should cook for about 2 min. Remove the lid and continue frying until your dumplings are golden brown and crispy.
5. Deep-frying: Add oil to a pan or a fryer and heat the oil to about 170°C. Gently add your dumplings and fry them for about 2–3 min, until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove your dumplings and let the oil drain off.
