These delicious Vietnamese spring rolls are filled with a flavorful combination of minced chicken, vegetables, glass noodles and Asian spices. The rolls are wrapped in clear rice paper wrappers (bánh tráng), which gives them an extremely crispy texture when fried. They are perfect as an appetizer or snack and are often served with a fresh salad and a classic dipping sauce made with fish sauce (nuoc mam).
Storage: Frozen below -18 °C.
Preparation: Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy.
