Preparation:

Steaming: Prepare a steamer, place a plate in the center and heat the steamer until the water boils. Lightly spread a teaspoon of oil on the plate, remove all packaging. Place the buns on the plate and steam them for 13-15 minutes over medium heat.
Microwave: Prepare from frozen. Remove packaging, place 2 buns in a microwave-safe container, cover with a suitable lid, medium power (700W) for about 1.5 minutes.
