Korean Fish Cakes 1kg – Allgroo is a classic ingredient in Korean cuisine with a soft, slightly chewy texture and umami-rich flavor. Perfect for eomuk-tang (fish cake soup), stir-fries or as a filling in kimbap. Easy to prepare – fry, boil or grill them for an authentic Korean taste experience.
Preparation:
Cut into pieces as you like. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces on both sides until they are golden brown. Add to taste f.eks. onions, carrots and chili pepper, keeping stirring while frying. Season with oil, soy sauce and sugar and stir well until the sauce is absorbed. Garnish with spring onions, sesame oil and sesame seeds - enjoy your meal!
