Choya umeshu is a Japanese liqueur made from ume, which is in the same fruit family as plums and apricots. This plum wine has been aged for several years and tastes sweet, but with a fine, balancing acidity. It has an enormously inviting aroma of honey, stone fruit and almonds with citrus notes.
Enjoy lightly chilled or in cocktails.
