

Genmaicha is a Japanese tea made from green tea leaves mixed with roasted, popped brown rice. The unique combination gives a fresh and pleasant flavor experience.
Preparation:
1. Bring 1½ cups (360 ml) of water to a boil.
2. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to the teapot.
3. Pour in hot water (70–80°C) and let it steep for 1 to 3 minutes.
4. Carefully pour the tea into the cup.
