Preparation method: Put seaweed in 2-3 liters of warm water. Let soak overnight. The next day, wash the seaweed thoroughly with water and let it drain. Boil the soaked seaweed for 20 minutes in 3 liters of fresh water. Pour off the water, rinse thoroughly again with fresh water and drain well.
