You can order the goods via www.denkinesiskekø.bmand.dk. The ordered items can be picked up or will be sent to you. (Note: "De"/"Dem" in the Danish original is the formal "you".)

When you purchase goods on Den Kinesiske Købmand, You must enter the information necessary for us to send the goods to you, or to reserve the goods if you choose to pick them up yourself. At minimum you must enter your name, address, telephone number and e‑mail address.

Account Creation

There are several benefits for you if you create an account. This can be done by clicking either "log in" or "customer center" at the top of the page. You can also choose to wait and only create an account when you go through the checkout process. Once you have created an account with us, you will be able, among other things, to see how many orders you have placed and to reorder the same item(s) if necessary. You will also be able to complete your purchases much faster, save multiple delivery addresses, view and track your orders from your account, and much more. Some of this information and these options will be available to you in the left sidebar while you shop. Otherwise, all information regarding your account can be found in the customer center.

In the left-hand sidebar you can also find any items that have been added to the wishlist.

At the top of the page there is a link to the Customer Center (the "My account" link). The Customer Center is available to you once you have created an account. In your Customer Center you can, among other things, view an overview of the most recent activity on your account and update your account information.

When you place an order in our online shop, your name, address, postal code, telephone number and email address are transmitted and stored in our internal data-processing system. These details are used solely to process orders and are thereafter retained to allow tracking of previous purchases.

This should result in the best possible support, should that become necessary. At the same time, it will make any subsequent purchase easier, as the buyer's phone number will thereafter serve as the customer number.

Den Kinesiske Købmand will not in any way disclose the registered personal data, and thus it will only be employees in the respective sales and administration departments at Den Kinesiske Købmand, who has access to the entered data. The information is stored and transmitted unencrypted, and is retained for at least 5 years, as required by the Bookkeeping Act.

As a registered individual, you always have the right to access your information and may object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act.

Furthermore, we record all visitors for statistical purposes, including bl.a. Number of visits and number of orders per day. No personally identifiable information is recorded in this regard.
